Remember back in 2023 when the internet was briefly convinced that Kim Kardashian and Tom Brady were dating? Quick recap: a source told Entertainment Tonight that the pair had "struck up a friendship" while Kim was searching for a new house. "Tom and Kim have been in touch because Kim is looking to buy property where Tom has a vacation home," the insider said, going on to insist that they were "just friends."
Tom and Kim then reunited at Michael Rubin's white party in July, and there was a LOT of speculation about their body language. A source told the Daily Mail that "Kim and Tom were super flirty with each other" and "were seen during the day on the beach together and again dancing at night.” Oh, and someone also told People that "Kim had some liquid courage and was overheard telling friends she has a crush on Tom."
Anyway, that brings us to circa right now. Kim and Tom are both currently in Venice for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding (^ that's them getting on their respective boats ^), and sources are dishing on vibes. Which are apparently non-existent.
"Tom is not expecting to fall in love at Jeff's wedding and meeting up with Kim is not one of the first things he is interested in doing," an insider tells the Daily Mail. "He doesn't dislike Kim, and he will likely have conversation with her throughout the festivities and the wedding, but he's not interested in going to the wedding and hooking up and just seeing her. It isn't on his bingo card."
They added that Tom won't "feel weird about seeing her" and that "If Kim and her family use the wedding as a social media platform, that is not going to be attractive to Tom either. He wants to be there to enjoy Jeff and Lauren and would not want to make these days about him, because it is not about him. If the Kardashians do what they do or if anyone for that matter makes it about themselves, Tom isn't going to have any of it."
